If you purchased more than one tour, friends will follow the same process.

We send an email directly after booking with your tickets.

If you cannot find it,  check your spam folder and look for an email from Team StoryHunt.

If you purchased via an external provider, you can typically also use your booking reference to claim the tour. See how to find your claim code.

After purchase, you can share extra tickets with with friends or family using your claim code.

Note that the claim code must contain  a ticket for each person. Alternatively they can purchase their own.

You claim code can differ depending on where you purchased it from:

• ‍StoryHunt website or app: Your claim code is 6 characters long and can be found in your confirmation email. Example: XXX123‍
• GetYourGuide: Your claim code is your booking reference, starting with GYG followed by 8 characters. Example: GYGXXXXXXXX‍
• Viator: Your claim code is your booking reference, which consists of 10 digits. Example: 1234567890‍
• Other suppliers: The format will appear on the information from the supplier.

Tickets are valid 365 days from the purchase date and do not need to be used on the day they are booked.

Once the tour is added to your StoryHunt profile, it will remain yours forever.

Tours can be taken whenever you want and do not need to be rescheduled.

They must be added to your StoryHunt profile within 365 days of purchase and will remain yours forever.

If you booked the tour in a wrong language, we can send you new tickets to the correct version.

If the tour does not yet exist in your preferred language, we might be able to translate it for you.
