You will receive a ticket e-mail with instructions and a unique claim code shortly – also available below.

Instructions for clients:

  1. Download the StoryHunt app: storyhunt.io/get
  2. Insert the claim code in the app:
    Code ...
    Status ...
  3. Experience the tour. The precise starting point will appear in the app.

All tickets in the same order can be claimed using the same claim code.

How will clients access tours?

Clients can access tours with the unique claim code related to each order. Find guides in major languages below: 

Will clients need an app?

Clients will need to download the StoryHunt app to claim their tour.

After they have downloaded the app, they can claim the tour by using the unique claim code associated with the order.

How will my company pay?

Your company be invoiced as per the agreement with StoryHunt. Retail prices on this site may vary from agreed-upon prices. You will be invoiced based on the agreed-upon prices.

Placed orders are final and non-refundable.

Can we add more tours?

You can add all the tours you want to from our tours page and we can also create custom tours for you.  

If you want to add tours or have us create a tour, please contact us.

What languages are available?

When selecting a tour above, you can choose the language that is preferred by the client.

In case some languages are missing, contact us to create additional translations.

Who will handle support?

StoryHunt will handle all support related to the use of our services.
