About this tour

Solgårdsparken is more than a beautiful park. Behind the old trees, paths, and buildings lie stories of nature, people, and a place in transformation.

On the audio tour, you will encounter, among other things, the history of Solgården – from wealthy man's summer house to sanatorium and public park – and stories about the red pavilions, ginkgo trees, oak tree, and life in dead tree trunks. Along the way, I invite you to explore, sense nature, find peace, and reflect on the good life.

The seven stories are independent and last 7–15 minutes, so you can listen to one, a few, or all seven, depending on your time and interest. Walk at your own pace and experience Solgårdsparken with new eyes.

The stories are prepared and narrated by nature guide Anne Rosell Holt from Klintetours.

A big thank you to Stevns Municipality, Stevns Brands Fund, and Østsjællands Andelsvaskeris Fund for financial support.
